THE MANCHESTER TERRIER IS A DOG FOR ALL SEASONS

The Manchester Terrier is a small dog that does well in a city or country environment. Like most terriers, it is an active dog and loves to be taken for walks. As far as living around other pets, that is a different manner! Most of these dogs are devoted and loyal to their owners but prefer not to have other animal “siblings” in the home. They want to be by themselves! The Manchester Terrier is a low maintenance dog with a smooth coat that does not shed so NO combing!  It is a simple matter of using an appropriate shampoo to periodically clean the dog.

A SMALL WALKING ALARM SYSTEM

They say that you don’t need an alarm system in your home just a small dog! This breed fits the bill! It is an excellent little guard dog on top of being an excellent family dog. Most Manchester Terrier dogs today do not have their ears cropped. Personally, I have never cropped a dog’s ears in my career. Many years ago, the state of Ohio outlawed it. The Manchester Terrier does not have any particular medical ailment attached to it. It is an excellent family dog with a lot of personality.
